SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions form a legal and binding agreement between Raini Days and each buyer. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
Registration Requirements
To participate, you must register and provide accurate, truthful information. You must be at least 18 years old. Raini Days reserves the right to suspend or ban any participant providing false information.
"As Is" Condition
All items are sold "As Is," "Where Is," and "With All Faults." Raini Days makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the condition, functionality, or authenticity of items. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to purchase. By purchasing, you agree you have relied solely on your own inspection.
Buy It Now Policy
If you choose the "Buy It Now" option for any item, please note that pick-up is still required on the published pick-up days. No exceptions will be made unless explicitly agreed upon by Raini Days in writing.
All Sales Final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payments must be made in full via credit card prior to item removal.
- Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of the sale, resale of the item, or other actions as deemed necessary. Any costs incurred in the process, including legal fees, will be the buyer's responsibility.
Credit Card Chargebacks
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Buyers agree to waive their rights to initiate chargebacks for purchases made during this sale. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, the buyer remains liable for all associated costs, including attorney’s fees and administrative fees.
ITEM PICK-UP
- All purchased items must be picked up on December 6th or 7th, near Proctor District. Exact location will be sent to winning bidders.
- Failure to pick up items during the scheduled timeframe will result in the items being deemed abandoned, with no refunds or chargebacks permitted. Abandoned items may be resold or disposed of at Raini Days’ discretion.
- Buyers are responsible for the removal of all items and assume all risks of damage or loss during the process. Raini Days and the seller are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Raini Days reserves the right to make changes to the sale, including but not limited to:
- Adding or removing items.
- Adjusting lot sizes, minimum bids, or reserve prices.
- Rescheduling or canceling the sale entirely.
- Modifying pick-up times or procedures.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- Raini Days is not responsible for any technical or internet-related issues that may impact your participation.
- By registering, you agree to release Raini Days from liability for any claims related to the sale or use of items purchased.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By participating in this downsizing sale, you provide your express written consent to Raini Days to use the personal information we collect when you register, make a purchase, or interact with our services. This information will be used to:
- Personalize your experience and offer products/services that may interest you.

- Process transactions quickly and efficiently.
