Auction Terms and Conditions
By participating in any auction on the Raini Days platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules governing each auction, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.
Winning Bidder: The winning bidder for each item is required to complete the transaction. In the event of a dispute, Raini Days reserves the right to make the final decision.
Inspection of Items: All items are sold “As Is, Where Is,” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted.
Payment Terms
After winning an auction, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Payments are due within 24 hours. Raini Days accepts credit cards only, and failure to pay on time may result in account suspension or cancellation of the transaction.
Pickup and Removal of Items
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an Item Release Form, which includes scheduling information for item pickup. Raini Days will work with you to coordinate a convenient pickup time. All items must be picked up by the designated time or will be considered abandoned. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued for items not collected within the allotted time.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Raini Days, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
